Bookings must be confirmed within seven days of making the booking by paying a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the holiday. The balance of the booking must be received 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Where bookings are made less than 4 weeks before the holiday start date the full booking cost should be paid within 7 days of the booking.
You can pay by cheque, by Internet banking transfer or by credit/debit card (to pay by card you must have an e-mail address as payment is taken via PayPal, a web based secure payment site).

|On arrival date or later||Total cost|
Your cottage will be available to you from 3.00pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Lettings run from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
Well behaved pets are welcome at no extra cost. One dog is permitted in each cottage. Pets must not be left unattended in the cottages and must be kept under strict control on a lead around the farm.
The number of people occupying a cottage must not exceed the number stated in the cottage description. Standing Stone Cottage: 4 people + infant. Hen Hafod: 2 people.
If you, or any member of your party, damage the property or furnishing in any way or leave the cottage in an unacceptable condition we reserve the right to invoice you for such damage or for the unacceptable condition of the cottage.
Both cottages have a strict no smoking policy.
We make every effort to ensure that you have an enjoyable holiday. If, however, you have any cause for complaint please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve the problem.
In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire or weather damage, we will give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.
You are welcome to walk anywhere on the farm and enjoy the animals, woods, ponds and views. Llwyncrwn is a working farm and we ask you to read the safety notice in the cottage before visiting the farm. Children must be accompanied by an adult on the farm at all times.
